You will ensure that clear standards and work plans and targets are set to provide continuous assistance and supervision.About You:You will share our values and passion to support vulnerable people.You will have experience of working in a supported housing environmentYou will knowledge of relevant housing legislationYou will have the ability to understand and implement service level agreements with partner agencies including drafting, negotiating, monitoring and reviewingYou will have experience of working with housing, and adult social care departmentsYou will have experience of supporting people to successfully apply for relevant benefits to maximise income, and support tenancy sustainmentYou will have excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbout the Role:You will be responsible for delivering an intensive housing management service across three sites.The leadership and management of a small team of Project Workers at Carey Street, Kettering who provide a 24/7 intensive housing management service to individuals with a diverse range of needs.You will be passionate about helping vulnerable individuals on their first steps towards independent livingYou will coach and develop the team to encourage them to maximise their potentialYou will build and maintain strong links and working relationships with internal and external partnersYou will develop and implement policies and procedures and keep up with legislation and best practice.You will manage the Service level Agreements for the Bistro and the hair salon at Springfields. This is fantastic opportunity for the right person to work with a team of passionate individuals in leading the development of our specialist housing service.You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check for this role, which we will complete for the successful candidate.
