Job Description Housing Officer \n Gravesend (free parking) Temporary role with chance of extension Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week £15.89 ph \n \n We have an opportunity to work for one of the largest Social Housing providers in the Southeast.
\n The role includes working as a Housing Officer for their Residential Extra Care Scheme, which is home to roughly 60 residents.
Duties involve: \n \n Housing allocations \n Estate management \n Tenancy support \n Assisting with low level antisocial behaviour cases \n \n Previous experience working in a similar housing or sheltered scheme is required.
\n This role would be a PAYE position through Brook Street.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
