Houseperson Driver Assistant

Houseman/Chauffeur/Assistant Location: London Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum The Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing and overseeing the principal's residence.
Communicating suppliers and contractors; scheduling and overseeing their work.
Maintaining and caring for vehicles.
Driving the Principals and their children when needed.
Managing house technology.
Assisting proactively with general tasks and responsibilities.
Welcoming visitors and managing intercom communication.
Running errands, such as visiting the dry cleaners, post office, managing deliveries and returns.
Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs as required.
Ensuring the security of the residence and Principals at all times.
Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to source suppliers and contractors, review agreements, and suggest improvements.
Efficient, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
Great DYI/handyman skills.
Clean DBS check.
