In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are always clean and tidy to the highest standards.Responsibilities: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they are meeting our cleaning standards and service levelsSchedule and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are cleaned in a timely and efficient mannerInspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentationMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering more as neededLiaise with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are metReport any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departmentsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations Benefits Our enviable employee discounts on bedroom rates across the lgh hotel portfolio.Access to the ihg employee room benefit programme across their global portfolio.
