Job Description Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager Location: St Andrews, Fife Contract: Permanent, Full-time Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need.
As Housekeeping Operations Manager you willassist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department.
A little bit about what you will be doing: Provide a friendly and efficient service through effective recruitment, induction, training and development policies as measured by low turnover, high guest satisfaction Ensure everything is in line with Standard Operating Procedures Assist with all staff training, to ensure all staff deliver a superior cleaning service in rooms and all public areas to standards lay down by Executive Housekeeper To check rooms and public areas daily, complete any cleaning duties as necessary Coordinate all staff training, keep records up to date and make sure staff attend all relevant training courses All equipment used by associates is checked and cleaned regularly Qualifications Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Additional Information Competitive Salary Pension scheme Staff shuttle service to/from St Andrews Complimentary staff canteen 50% off dining in our Food and Beverage outlets Employee rates for Spa treatments andgreen fees Complimentary access to gym and pool services Growth opportunities On-the-job training Regular social events AMRT1_UKCT
