As a Housekeeping Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London , we expect from you : As Housekeeping Assistant you will maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas creating a pleasant environment for our guests.
You will be in charge of delighting our guests with requested service and ensure that all linen cupboards and all items are stocked properly.?
We are looking for someone with ideally a previous experience in a five star hotel and a passion for hospitality.?
You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.
As a Housekeeping Assistant you will be working on a rotat ing shift basis , Monday to Sunday , 39 hours a week .
Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable .
To be a successful Housekeeping Assistant candidate , you will have worked within Housekeeping previously in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you have worked in a five star Hotel or similar establishment.
