L5 is a 24 bedded ward providing care for geriatric patients The post provides an exciting challenge to the successful candidate and gives the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the needs of patients, multi-disciplinary team and relatives.
You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments.
Experience of working with the general public is essential.
The ability to work independently and adapt to an environment of changing priorities is an essential component to consistently facilitate a patient focused approached.
