We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at The Londoner, our 5 Star Super Boutique Hotel Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the team in Housekeeping at The Londoner Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.
A s a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team , ensuring standards are maintained and delivered at all times within both rooms and public areas.
You will provide clear feedback to Room Attendants and House Stewards if there areas are not up to the required standards and will provide training where necessary.
You will be responsible for providing training to al new starters, ensuring that that they have the appropriate buddy in place for a duration of time that enables them to reach and maintain the high standards of cleanliness that is required.
You will ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations.
About You: Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
The ability to lead, train, coach and develop a team.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Is able to communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members bearing in mind that English will not be the first language for many.
Understands the importance of teamwork and works collaboratively with other departments.
