As our Room Maker, you will know and understand what it means to be part of a team that delivers an amazing experience to guests and always exceeds their expectations.
You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards.
People   Your role will involve: Changing towels, bed linen, vacuuming, buffing, mopping General cleaning of all rooms in the apartments Replenishing items such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet rolls and welcome pack items Checking apartments to ensure everything is in working order Carry out full inventory checks of apartments and replace any missing items A good understanding of COSHH Previous housekeeping experience is essential A good command of English Be well-presented and tidy Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with guests and customers Outstanding attention to detail Places   Have a keen eye on what is happening in our community  Always keep an eye out for new business opportunities Planet Help with the continued effort to deliver zero waste Follow all company policies on recycling  Attend and contribute to our Team Planet events  Direct Reports No Direct Reports This job description should be taken as a general guide and Lamington Group reserves the right to update and amend it in keeping with operational requirements, which may change from time to time.
