Job description We are looking for a professional and reliable House Manager to oversee the smooth running of a private residence.

Benefits: £17 per hour + holiday pay 25 to 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Friendly working environment Permanent and secure employment Duties: · General Household Management: Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
· Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage any household staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
· Scheduling & Coordination: Manage household schedules, including appointments, events, and maintenance requirements.
· Inventory Management: Keep track of household supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are reordered when necessary.
· Property Maintenance: Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams, and vendors for any repairs, cleaning, or renovations.
· Security & Safety: Ensure the home is secure, and safety protocols are followed.
· Errands & Shopping: Run errands, shop for groceries, and manage deliveries or mail.
· Household Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and managing household expenses.
Experience & attributes required: · Experience in household management or a similar role is preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Excellent communication skills and discretion.
· Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
· Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of the household.
· A valid driver's license (if required) and a reliable mode of transport.
