Hotel Receptionist

Role:  Receptionist    Location:  Seaham Hall, County Durham Resort information:  https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/ Salary:  £23,795.20 plus a share of monthly service charge, approx.
£2k a year  Hours:  40 hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.
Earliest start time of 7.45am, latest finish of 10.30pm Relationships:  General Manager, Operations Manager, Reception Team, Reservations Team   We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join our vibrant team in the hotel in providing quality customer service and support for our guests staying at the hotel, covering our reception and reservations department.

£2k a year for full time employees We work with Wagestream on a number of employee benefits   The ideal candidate Previous Reception experience is essential – minimum of x1 years Excellent customer service and communication skills  Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems.
Previous knowledge of a PMS system is desirable, not essential as full training will be given Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner  Be a team player as well as an individual worker  To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times  Must have transport    If you're ready for the challenge and have the skills, talent and experience then we want to hear from you today!
