Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service standards.
Maximise revenue opportunities across all streams, including rooms and food & beverage.
Manage and develop your team through appraisals, personal development plans, and constructive feedback.
Ensure that exceptional service is consistently delivered and resolve guest complaints effectively.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Location: Z Hotel Bath is ideally located in the heart of this historic and vibrant city.
The hotel is situated on Saw Close, just an 8-minute walk from the train station and offers a prime location.
The role will also involve occasional travel to London.
