Job DescriptionWhat is the role?Under the direction of the Team Leader (Hostels and Supported Accommodation), provide a housingsupport service to residents within Viewfield Gate, Secession House, Elba Gardens and otherhomeless temporary accommodation.Please click on the option to download additional information on this vacancy to access the Job Description.Extra information:The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £14.43 to £15.52 and the annual salary is from £21, to £22, plus a 10% non-core allowance.Our hostels work on a 8 week rolling rota as follows:Day Shift: 08:30 – 17:30 and Back Shift: 17:00.

It is a 9 hour shift with 1 hour unpaid break.
Shift Pattern: 2 day shift, 2 back shift and 4 days off.These posts are considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act .
Accordingly the preferred candidates will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
