### Description **About the Role** 'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new TeamMembers who love doing just that! Instead of working in one department, we're looking for new team to workacross different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with afantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's. **As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then will work in our Bars department for the rest of theweek.** When working with our Accommodation & Cleaning team you will be cleaningbedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, kitchens and living areas and we provide a buddysystem with full training on all cleaning methods as part of our Clean & FaultFree program. When working in our bars you will serve wide variety of drinks and cocktails,clear tables and rest of the venue during our entertainment shows and inbetween. **Typical working hours cover 30-35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondaysand Fridays essential. A variety of shifts between 9am - 4am available.** ### About You We're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learningnew things and working with a like-minded group of people. Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training youneed. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion formaking a difference to our guests. No experience? No problem! We will provide you with all the support andtraining you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in allareas relevant to your role.
