standards.Client Relationship Management and Customer Service: Work with the General Manager to build strong client relationships; ensure catering services meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.Maintain the highest standards of customer service within the team.Staff Recruitment and Management: Assist the Staffing Manager with recruitment, training, and managing catering staff.Ensure staff are well-trained in safety, hygiene, and customer service.Compliance and Standards: Uphold Sodexo Live!
