Hospitality Manager (Care Home) Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Pay: £30,000 per year Type: Permanent Shift: Days About the Role The Hospitality Manager will bring strong people management and communication skills to deliver an outstanding experience for residents.
This role encompasses overseeing all hospitality operations, including a healthy living food service, an engaging activities programme, and maintaining high standards in housekeeping and maintenance.
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality setting, with knowledge of relevant legislation, such as employment and health and safety laws.

Oversee food service operations, collaborating closely with the chef to ensure meals are timely and of high quality.

Maintain a warm first impression and uphold high cleanliness standards across the facility.
Address maintenance issues promptly to keep the care home in excellent condition.
Manage the hospitality budget, meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.

Skills and Attributes Previous experience in hospitality, preferably some hotel experience.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
