Our Graduates Our tailored Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to build on your existing knowledge and experience.
You'll rotate between at least two departments, supported by a dedicated mentor, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business.
You'll also have access to exceptional learning opportunities, including: Management Development Programme WSET Qualifications  (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) Estate Experiences Programme By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to step into a Team Leader role or higher, with further opportunities such as: Advanced Management Development Programme The Newt Ambassador Programme Talent Development Programme with Cranfield University Our Programmes Food & Beverage With four distinct restaurants and seasonal menus shaped by our farm and gardens, our graduates gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional dining experiences across varied service styles.
Hotel Our Hotel Host team collaborates closely with Reservations and Housekeeping to deliver unforgettable guest stays.
Front Office graduates will explore the seamless interplay between departments, discovering the essence of Newt-style hospitality.

To thrive in our Graduate Trainee Programme, you'll need: A strong foundation in hospitality  – Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential, ideally within a luxury setting.
Educational background  – You should be a recent graduate in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Exceptional customer service skills  – Your ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs is key.
Flexibility and adaptability  – We pride ourselves on delivering a bespoke, non-corporate style of hospitality.
You'll need to embrace our way of working and contribute to our guest-centered culture.
Knowledge of food and beverage  – While not essential, experience or understanding of F&B operations is a definite bonus.
