Job Description As a Hospitality Executive , you will be a vital part of our team within the Experience Centre.
From welcoming guests & partners to showing off our museum, this role sees you involved in the following: Responsible for all areas, ensuring they are constantly clean and tidy e.g.
buffet areas, drinks stations, bar, reception, shop including, but not limited to:  Setting up and packing down rooms for meetings/events is completed in a timely manner and with time to allow for unexpected and last-minute changes    Welcoming all guests and showing them to their meeting/event space, ensuring that general housekeeping orientation is given   Supervision and assisting with catering delivery  Supporting the management of casual staff during meetings/events   Assistance with the bar facility to include stock taking, ordering and presentation  Facilitating tours of the Williams Collection, Factory and DIL  Support the supervision of the Williams Experience Centre Reception on a rotational basis with other hosts  Laundry counting and organisation at the end of each event ready for collection and ensuring that clean laundry is put away correctly and neatly, whilst checking quantities   Supporting with the Williams merchandise shop sales and organisation   Adhering to beginning and end-of-day procedures: turning off all lights, aircon and closing doors Responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of equipment  Being a key point of contact for client meetings/events, to ensure that the venue is laid out in accordance with the plans and to adjust where necessary  Identify and implementing ways to further enhance our guest experience  All stock handling, ensuring any new stock is put away in a timely manner and into date order with oldest used first to reduce waste  Throughout meetings/events ensure good practice is in place with food waste and clearing away and to maintain sustainability requirements.  Work to reduce company expenses where possible by being mindful with equipment use and considering where costs could be saved, and that equipment is well looked after and any damage is reduced.  Qualifications Experience working in events, hospitality and guest experience  An enthusiastic self-starter, with an ability to work collaboratively and on their own, in a fast-paced environment  A problem solver, able to use initiative to ensure deadlines are met on time to a consistently high standard.  Able to work flexibly with a positive can-do attitude  Experience working with internal and external customers/clients  Additional Information #LI-JO1 Williams is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
