Overview HGI Heathrow are looking for a positive, proactive, people focused person to join our bright hearted team as a Hospitality Executive in our Food & Beverage Department.
This role would suit an F&B Supervisor who is looking to take their next step in their career into a leadership role.

We are a 4* star 364-bedroom property with 10 versatile meeting spaces.
We are located within an easily commutable distance near Heathrow Airport with good transport connections within walking distance, including Hatton Cross Tube and Bus Station.
Duties include: Supporting the F&B Hospitality Manager with delivering departmental objectives, creating memorable guest experiences, and leading the team.
Hands-on support, coaching and empowerment of the F&B Hospitality Ambassadors.
Collaborate and build positive relationships between the kitchen and the Front of House team to ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets at the hotel.
Ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day business.
Follow all guidance on COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, including allergens and Natashas Law and any incidents are reported.
After 6 months of training, you will also take on Duty Manager shifts at the hotel.
Our ideal candidate: Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character Previous experience within a hotel supervisory role preferred.
Possess a keen eye for details, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Good level of spoken and written English Willingness to learn new skills.
