We are looking for experienced Hospitality Assistants with a can-do attitude to work across Central London.
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will: Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride Possess a can-do attitude where nothing is too much trouble Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers Be an excellent team player with great communication skills Have a desire to succeed in your role Possess the ability to work under pressure Being able to work on your own at times Key responsibilities Greeting and looking after our delegates in a professional manner so they go home delighted Serving delegates, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image Ensure that all delegates are treated in a friendly and courteous manner and any queries are dealt with in a helpful way Operate the till system correctly, dealing quickly with any problems Serve all food and drinks promptly To keep the till and serving areas clean and tidy at all times Working flexibly to support the team and responding enthusiastically to any requests To act as a runner by making sure that counters are topped up with fresh food and that the food is presented in an attractive way Clearing used plates and cutlery and loading the dishwasher as and when required to support the kitchen team Provide excellent customer service at the bar Give a warm.
friendly service when working in the staff restaurant Setting up and servicing meeting rooms being as discreet as possible Recording the completion of tasks as required Support all team members in carrying out daily tasks and work at all times with consideration for the safety and wellbeing of colleagues Report any breaches of compliance e.g.
food hygiene to the Catering Manager Proactively provide support where needed in other areas of the venue Working Hours Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
