Youll carry out a wide variety of tasks that will ensure our students can concentrate on their studies and the training theyre undertaking.
Day to day, youll be on hand to clean communal areas, serve meals and prepare training rooms.
As trainees go about their day, youll tidy communal areas and ensure bedrooms are perfectly presented.
In everything you do, youll be efficient, helpful and friendly.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves working in hospitality but wants to say goodbye to long and unsociable hours.
Occasional weekend work is expected, but youll be paid overtime when you volunteer for it.
Plus, your shift hours will be between 07:30-20:00 (either an early or late start).
About You Were looking for an adaptable person, able to undertake a range of hospitality tasks , and whos passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Someone who loves to get stuck in and keep things ticking over.
Youll be as keen to have a conversation during dinner service as you are to efficiently meet and greet new arrivals.

You can follow the lead as well as take it, working confidently unsupervised.
Youre adaptable, flexible and discreet.
You dont need any qualifications for this role, just customer service experience (ideally having worked in catering or a hotel) and a proactive approach to your work.
