We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to support our hospitality operations, providing administrative and accounts support, as well as exceptional customer service during race days, conferences, and events.
This role involves working closely with clients, general managers, and head chefs across Newmarket and Huntingdon racecourses to ensure accurate, timely information and smooth event operations.

Manage administration for Newmarket and Huntingdon racecourses, ensuring accurate record-keeping, filing, and reporting.
Prepare and distribute conference and event orders, adhering to company procedures and deadlines.
Utilize EBMS system to transfer and report information accurately.
Support hospitality event planning, including catering, seating, and special requests; assist with menu discussions and bespoke packages.
Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Assist in on-site event operations, handling issues and ensuring smooth execution.
Uphold compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and legal standards in all event areas.
Maintain an organized, clean work environment and handle office tasks, queries, and credit notes as needed.
About you: Maintain a professional, positive attitude and foster team spirit.
Provide polite, friendly service to all customers.
Keep office supplies stocked as needed.
Assist the hospitality manager in building client partnerships.
Communicate client requirements clearly to the team.
Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays; previous hospitality or admin experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
