Hospital Director - Independent Surgical Hospital Commutable from Guildford, Crawley & Reading
Salary £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

They have services UK wide , this specific hospital provides general surgery, medical care, including oncology, diagnostic and outpatient services.
include general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, ENT procedures, gynaecology, oncology treatment, ophthalmology and urology services.

The Role My client are seeking a commercial hospital director , previous hospital management is not essential although all suitable candidates must have previous experience in the healthcare sector.

In addition to the above it is highly desirable that you have previous experience in culture development , CQC knowledge and a strong local network with CCG's would also be advantageous.

As the Hospital Director you will be expected provide strategic direction and leadership for the centre, and to maximise the operational and financial performance of the hospital .

In return you will be rewarded a salary of £100,000 - £120,000 with additional company benefits on top.

The Company The hospital is part of a large organisation based with UK wide coverage which provides surgical care to both Private and NHS patients.
