As a Hospital Director at our Wokng Hospital, you'll inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture which embraces, embeds and role models the 'We care' values & behaviours.
You'll manage and develop diverse relationships working with consultants, GPs, the NHS and other external bodies to drive a patient centric culture, where care is proactively managed, the right conversations are had as a matter of course, and individuals are developed.
