Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:00-20:30 Saturday (1 in 8-10 weeks) - 07:00-18:00 Sunday (Occasional) - 08:30-14:30 Duties and responsibilities: Respond to enquiries from patients, members of the public and consultants in a timely, courteous and efficient manner either by face to face meetings, telephone or letter.
Ensure an accurate record of the communication is held Carrying out various admin task, including filling of patient notes Compliance with forms and processes.
Discharge of patients onto computer system ensuring accuracy of all information.
Manage the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring all calls or enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
