About The Role Position - Care Assistant
Location - Hillside Care Centre, Redhill, Hereford
Salary - £11.48 an hour
Hours -37.5 per week to be worked on a rota basis
About the Service - Hillside Care Centre, Located in the south of Hereford, (Redhill), providing a short term residential setting to support individuals to achieve their goals.
What we are looking for and about you: Experience of working in a care environment or willing to learn if no experience, as full training will be provided.
Able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.

Meeting the daily care needs of residents.
Work with the shift leader, therapy and other professionals.
Deliver care tailored to the individual resident.
Support and promote independence for our residents.
