Homelifts Assistant Builder Jobs in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Homelifts Builder to join Stannah's Dedicated Homelifts Business based at Andover.
This job will involve travel throughout the South of the UK.
A Valid UK Driving License is desirable for this role.
As the Homelifts Assistant Builder you will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45 and Friday 08:00 to 15:45.
This job is a permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for an avid trainee labourer, trainee joiner to start or develop their career by assisting the Builder in their role.
To be successful as the Assistant Builder, it is desirable that you have some experience/knowledge in basic joinery skills, some exposure to building site environments of any scale, basic skills of operating power/handheld tools with a desire to learn the building role.
Homelifts Assistant Builder Responsibilities: Assist the lead builder to carry out preparatory building works in line with current building regulations.
Assist the lead Builder to carry out pre-build surveys identifying any shortfalls in the scope provided by the sales team.
Assist the lead building with carrying out joint Pre-Build/Technical Survey visits as and when required.
Homelifts Assistant Builder Requirements: Experience carrying out building works in domestic dwellings, ideally in the provision of loft conversions with carpentry/joinery skills.
