Homecare Nurse - SACT (Salisbury) ??Job summary?We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered SACT Accredited Nurse in the Salisbury area to join our healthcare team.
The SACT Accredited Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications.

We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes.
We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment.
Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital.
We are able to help support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and to make the whole treatment journey more convenient.
?You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.Duties?Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatmentAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providersMonitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical teamProvide compassionate support to the patient and familyEducate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient informationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.?Requirements?Current NMC registrationSACT AccreditedExperience of administering S/C, IM or IV medicationsSACT experienceValid UK driving licenseWillingness to work autonomouslyAttention to detail?In return we offer rewards and benefits including: ??Competitive (depending on experience)Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Annual company bonus scheme (subject to eligibility)Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
