They have some fantastic brands within their portfolio which allows for great market penetration and enables them to stand out within the industry.
Due to growth within the business, they are now looking for International Sales Manager to join their established team.
The position will report directly into the International Sales Director who will work with you to map out the different territory's you are responsible for and prioritise certain areas.
The successful candidate's will be located here in the UK and have a home-based contract, however there will be a significant amount of international travel with the role.
These are very hands on roles and will allow you to work in a fast paced, creative environment with beautiful products.
There will be several accounts each successful hire inherits' however the focus of these role's will be new business development, so this must be something you are confident in delivering.To implement agreed sales and marketing strategy and ensure smooth communication of any relevant information to the company's distribution channels.
~Evaluate historical data in designated markets and evaluate current performance against budget on a regular basis.

~Be an ambassador for the brand and feedback any relevant market changes

~The ideal candidates will have a background in creative consumer goods products, for example, branded home textiles, home furnishings, gifting products etc; Ideally international account management experience would be preferred, however we will also consider candidates who have shown the skills to develop accounts here in the UK and are wanting to make that move into international Sales.
You will have strong organisational, planning and communication skills.You will be capable of building working relationships and networks with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
