Main duties of the job Oversee the daily operations of the Care Home, driving continuous improvement and future service developments.
Oversee all Clinical aspects within the service Lead your team with clear guidance and direction to achieve Nouvitas strategic goals.
Actively engage in networking and promoting the services offered by the Care Home.
Ensure the delivery of tailored therapeutic activities that meet the needs of our residents.
Stay current with legislation, statutory frameworks, and codes of conduct to ensure full compliance across the service.
Collaborate with other managers to foster a cohesive approach to company-wide projects.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to meet operational needs.
Uphold high standards of care and staff performance, ensuring the Care Home remains a leader in quality service.
To ensure effective liaison with statutory and volunteer sector agencies, including CQC, PCT and Home Offices etc.
About us Eltisley Manor is an imposing thirty-nine-bed nursing home close to St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
This specialist mental health nursing home comprises three services: The Limes, The Orchard, and The Coach House, all located on the same site.We pride ourselves in offering expert mental health nursing care for individuals whose enduring mental health needs mean they are often excluded from mainstream nursing home settings or for individuals who require more support than a residential home can provide.

Previous experience managing or deputising a care or nursing home.
A background in mental health care is essential.

- A background in mental health care is essential (knowledge of MCA and DoLS).
