Essential Skills and Experience Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly care setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to identify, address, and solve challenges effectively, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
