Home Manager

We are currently seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for a bespoke solo home in Durham, providing care for a highly challenging young person .
The home operates with a staffing ratio of 3:1 – 4:1 to ensure the highest standards of support and care.
The initial salary for this role is £40,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
While this position is currently for a single home, plans are in place to expand the registration to 2–3 homes in the future, which will bring an increase in salary to reflect the additional responsibilities.
You will need to have held registered manager status before and be experienced with LD, Autism and challenging behaviours.
