Care Home Manager Location: Corsham Service Type: Residential Care Home - Dementia, Respite, and Day Care Salary:  £46,240 Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a thriving care home in Corsham.
With a warm and friendly environment, this home provides exceptional residential, respite, and day care services.
Designed with comfort and community in mind, the home is split into three households, each offering spacious dining and lounge areas for residents and their families to enjoy.

Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the delivery of outstanding care to all residents.
Inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of development, recognition, and excellence.
Manage the financial operations of the home, including occupancy, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure its financial sustainability.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, promoting a person-centred approach to care.
Drive occupancy growth and maintain the home's excellent reputation within the local community.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and implement improvement measures where needed.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving high standards of care.
Leadership qualification, ideally a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong financial acumen, including experience in managing budgets and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and professionals.
A caring and supportive leadership style, empowering your team to deliver exceptional care.
