The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector - this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'ferry them to appointments' on a daily basis.
You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process.
Job Description
We are now seeking a number of skilled and compassionate Care Professionals to join our amazing team to provide high-quality and reliable care to our clients, covering their late afternoon, evenings and week-end needs.
Care will involve a mixture of:
* Companionship Services
* Home Help Services
* Personal Care Services
With Primary Responsibilities to include:
* Reflecting core values of Home Instead Franchise
* Contribute to positive living environment to enhance the client's quality of life
* Document activities and report and significant changes in a clients needs
* Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff
Our benefits include:
* Hourly rates averaging £14.00 per hour
* Travel expenses £0.30p & £0.45p per mile
* Full paid training - ongoing for office based or e-learning training modules
* Minimum 1-hourly visits

Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
