The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn locations and we will, where possible, work with your personal availability.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential as care does not stop on a Friday.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis.
You must also have a full UK Driving Licence.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process.
We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Adult Care Workers to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield and local area's..
In this role, you will provide essential care and support to adults in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Working with them in their own homes.
We are happy to train dedicated, reliable, empathetic people who are new to the industry or experienced care professionals who want to work with a highly skilled team.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Respond promptly to clients' needs and emergencies Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Respect clients' privacy, dignity, and individual preferences at all times Benefits: Hourly rates of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging £14.00+ per hour) Paid travel time between clients homes (some restrictions apply) All initial and ongoing training fully paid £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile travel expenses Minimum 1-hour visits with each client Job offer made at initial interview On-going training and support If interested in hearing more about the role please contact Patricia Eagling, Recruitment Manager at: All first time applications acknowledged.
Qualifications Essential: Valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Ability to work from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily including alternate weekends Resides within our franchise region Has the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to sponsor Additional Information We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
