Job Description
This is an incredibly rewarding role:
Help clients to live independently in their own home Provide companionship, support and share activities with clients Professional care and support in your client's home Household duties to support your clients at home Personal care - continence support, washing and dressing Medication

Previous experience of working within a care home, domiciliary care or other care setting is essential.
