Job Description
Join our team in Lutterworth as a Care Professional!
We seek compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in our clients' lives.
You'll provide non-medical services to help them stay independent at home.
Full or part-time hours available on a Zero Hours contract.
No experience or specific qualifications are needed to become a Care Professional.
Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people, whether personal or voluntary, is beneficial.
You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering excellent service, and be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
Enjoying building professional friendships and spending time with others is essential.
Benefits Include:
- Free Enhanced 12-month DBS, repaid after Care Certificate completion
- Award-winning training, payable upon completion of Care Certificate
- £12.00 per hour on weekdays, £13.00 per hour on weekends, and double pay on public holidays

Qualifications
Experience is preferred but not required for our role.
