Job Description Care Assistant / Care Professional Ascot / Bracknell / Camberley / Wokingham and surrounding areas Full-time guaranteed income contracts Hourly Pay Monday to Friday 8am - 9am premium rate £15 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm basic rate £13 All Evenings (after 6pm) premium rate £17 Weekends 8am - 6pm premium rate £15 PLEASE NOTE: Shifts are either 4 or 8 hours Paid mileage between clients at 45p per mile Paid travel time between client visits at £9.50 (increasing to £10.42 1st April 2023) Paid training at £9.50 (increasing to £10.42 1st April 2023) We offer a £200 bonus if you complete your Care Certificate within three months We offer a free enhanced DBS check Refer a friend or client, we will thank you with a referral bonus Opportunities for overtime About the role We are hiring in the Ascot, Bracknell, Camberley, Wokingham and the surrounding areas.
You must be available 5 out of 7 days every week and able to work the AM or PM shifts plus alternate weekends.
You will receive your rota 2 weeks in advance You must be over 18 with your own car , have good English skills and a kind, reliable nature.
Experience in any care setting would be beneficial but is not essential as full training, mentoring and support will be provided.
Our clients calls are a minimum of one-hour, ensuring the call isn't rushed and is enjoyable for both you and the client.
You will always be introduced to your client and/or shadow another worker until you are comfortable and confident to work alone.
There is 24/7 out-of-hours support from the Care Management team.
