Home Collected Credit Manager Location: Warwick Permanent full time Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 Mutual Clothing & Supply Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced manager in the home collected credit field to supervise agents working primarily in the Warwick & Leamington Spa area, including south Warwickshire & Banbury, who will be based at our Warwick office.
Applicants will have worked in home credit before, management experience is preferred but not essential.
The role involves driving the culture of the branch and the performance of the agents allocated to your supervision, as well as implementing all regulatory requirements and monitoring customer outcomes.
Field work is required, as well as office work and there is some opportunity for home working.
The role has both performance related pay and a salary element.

Ability to use Microsoft Word for correspondence.
Desired Criteria: Experience of management.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience of using bespoke computer programmes.
