About the Role: As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
From helping with day-to-day activities to providing companionship, you'll be enriching lives and bringing a smile to those you care for.
What You'll Be Doing: Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
Offering companionship and building strong, trusting relationships.
Assisting with transportation to appointments or social activities.
Following tailored care plans and monitoring any changes in clients' needs.
Keeping clear records of the care provided and any observations about clients' well-being.
Helping clients stay connected by using technology for communication or leisure.
