Job DescriptionYou will visit the same regular clients each week so you can really get to know each other and make a meaningful connection.
When you have an initial call with a client who is new to you, you will have accompanied and introduced to them by a colleague who knows them well, so you can really get to know every client and their needs.At Home Instead, we know that 15 or 30 minute calls aren't long enough for you to offer exceptional care.
That's why we have minimum 1-hour calls to ensure you can take your time with your clients.
You must have good flexibility e.g.
7am - 2pm or 4pm - 10pm, including alternate weekends.Responsibilities:Travel to visit your regular clients and offer support according to their care plan and their wishes.Foster companionship and provide emotional support to clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing.Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy.Allow clients to maintain their dignity whilst assisting them with personal care tasks such as getting dressed, for those who require your assistance.Requirements:Experience is not required; we offer comprehensive in-house training.
