With industry-leading awards, conferences, workshops, and executive dinners across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia Pacific, we're growing and would like to add to our existing Events and Awards team.
About the Role: In this role, you'll plan and execute B2B events—including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, a virtual forum programme and industry awards—designed for senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
You'll be responsible for curating a loyal community of delegates, ensuring flawless event logistics, and creating standout experiences for our delegates, speakers and sponsors.
Curate delegate lists, drawing from our extensive database to create the perfect audience for each event
· Coordinate event logistics from planning to post-event wrap-up
· Cultivate and nurture a community of delegates through strategic outreach and follow-up
What We're Looking For: We're interested in ambitious people who are not only skilled but also genuinely excited about the talent ecosystem we work within.
Have experience in Talent Acquisition, the staffing industry, or B2B event management
· Possess stellar organisation, research, and planning skills
· Are familiar with CRM databases like HubSpot and know how to leverage LinkedIn for professional outreach
· A Bit About You: You should have at least two years of experience in a relevant role, an interest in learning about an important and rapidly evolving industry, and the ambition to grow with us long-term.
Location & Working Arrangements: Our office is in Godalming , near Guildford, Surrey, and we'll expect regular in-office attendance, with some flexibility for home working.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: c£26,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus scheme
Holiday entitlement: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 5 extra days when the office is closed at Christmas.
