Location: St Albans Hertfordshire Contract Type: FullTime and Permanent Start Date: ASAP Start School Type: 2Form Entry School The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the schools dynamic team on a fulltime basis.
This is a permanent HLTA position starting ASAP The successful HLTA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
HLTA Key Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in the delivery of highquality lessons.
Leading small group interventions and providing oneonone support to students as needed.
Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required.
About You: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Passionate about supporting student learning and development.
