I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work at a local primary school in Northwich.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in Key Stage 2 and make a significant contribution to their education and development.
Salary dependant on ecperience  The Ideal Candidate: Holds HLTA status or an equivalent higher-level teaching assistant qualification Has substantial experience working with children in Key Stage 2, ideally in a primary school setting Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Shows a strong commitment to supporting children's academic, social and emotional progress Is creative, resourceful and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs Possesses strong organisational and time management abilities Shares our school's passion for providing a high-quality, nurturing learning environment Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities under the direction of the class teacher Providing targeted support and interventions to help children reach their full potential Assisting with the planning, preparation and evaluation of lessons Monitoring and assessing children's progress, and providing detailed feedback Promoting positive behaviour and effective classroom management Contributing to the broader life of the school through extracurricular activities This is a full-time and may become a permanent position at the school, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, supportive and inclusive school community.
