The role will be full time, working Monday-Friday within class.Key responsibilities will be;Supporting the class teacherSupporting students with Autism and Learning DifficultiesManaging behavioursWorking with small groups and 1:1Leading lessons for Teachers PPA timeThe Chosen candidate will;Have the relevant degree or TA qualificationHave experience working with children / young peopleUnderstand various SEN needsHas a sound working knowledge of the National CurriculumCan effectively build relationships with children quickly.
