Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time Role Overview: As a History Teacher, you will have the opportunity to immerse students in the richness of the past, fostering their curiosity and understanding of historical events, cultures, and societies.
You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that encourage critical thinking, analysis, and a deep appreciation for the relevance of history in today's world.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic history lessons that cover a range of topics, periods, and themes, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote active learning, including primary and secondary sources, multimedia materials, and historical artefacts.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and develop their own interpretations of historical events.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, providing support and extension activities as needed.
Assess students' understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
