Hire Sales Executive

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Mallusk client to recruit a full time and permanent Hire Sales Executive to join their team Duties Using your in-depth knowledge on a range of commercial vehicle fleet- generate and manage new hire leads, prospects and customers Ability to generate and close Contract Hire Deals with current customers Meeting and exceeding sales targets through developing new and existing contracts.
Skilfully negotiate terms on long term hire contracts.
Manage the preparation and handover of contract hire and sold items to customers - delivering exceptional levels of customer services at all times.
Ability to sell New & Used Fleet Items.
Carry out accurate appraisals of fleet offered for part exchange.
Develop and maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are well maintained.
Maintain market awareness, demonstrate an awareness of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities ensuring you remain competitive in the marketplace.
As part of a wider sales team, help initiate sales strategies/campaigns to maximise sales.
Criteria Must have 5 years minimum sales/ rentals experience in similar industry (motor/commercial vehicle sales/ leasing) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer focused approach.
