As our Implant Hire Controller, based at one of our clients' offices, you'll manage orders, handle depot operations, and ensure exceptional service for our customer.
You will be the key point of contact for our customer's orders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

About The Role Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other documents accurately.
Handle and track customer enquiries, keeping detailed records.
Follow up on quotations and enquiries to secure contracts.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track key metrics.
Keep all records up-to-date and organised.
Skills and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with numbers.
Previous experience in a Hire Controller or similar role in the hire industry.
