Business Development Manager – Industrial Market | UK & Ireland The Business Development Manager – Industrial Market should have large experience for developing Industrial market by approaching and building solid relationship with both Distributors and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are: •Great business sense and UK market sense •Massive customer resource regarding industrial market in UK & Ireland •Great communication skills •The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred •A positive attitude •Great negotiation skills •Initiative, Honesty and Integrity Hikvision therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks: •Develop/Manager Industrial market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys •Find potential business opportunities and business growth points •Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users •Presentation of the solution to potential customers •Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
•Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team •Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
•Assist consultants to specify projects •Position HIKMICRO as the preferred product for consultants.
•Prepare reports required by the management.
Your Profile: •Experience in the industrial market.
•Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
•Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
•Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
•The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred •Solid in Outlook and related products.
