Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Vocational Skills to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School, part of Options Autism.
This role will support pupils with Autism, aged 11-14, with a range of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications relevant to the role, experience of working in an SEN environment and experience of working with young people with Autism (highly desirable).
Responsibilities include providing a high-quality education service to pupils, assisting teachers with lesson planning, delivering vocational lessons and implementing behaviour management strategies to create a purposeful learning environment.
